excellent hillside stay
beautiful view multiple pools
the resort offered beautiful views from the higher hillside location. the multiple pools provided plenty of options for swimming and relaxation. i especially enjoyed the convenience of the sky bar. its nice breakfast also contributed positively to the overall experience.
i experienced some delays with the shuttle service to reach rooms located higher up. sometimes, i had to wait longer than expected for a car, an inconvenience.

the staff, especially at the blue horizon bar, were lovely and provided really good service, that really enhanced my dining experience. they were attentive. green and pim at the spa also provided a fantastic massage.

The room had an amazing sea view. water pressure in the shower was very good. I really appreciated that. the pool areas were nice too. it was great not seeing mosquitos.

The pool access from my room was amazing. i could just step out and swim. the rooms were spacious, with good air conditioning. the gardens looked tended every day. I noted beautiful flowers and palm trees. breakfast had fresh fruit and eggs made to order.
the gym equipment seemed a little old, but worked.

The resort had three pools and two restaurants. Staffs here are very friendly. Duty manager Kanun was very helpful. The location of the hotel is near Kalim Beach.

the beautiful studio had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the room also included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. i appreciated the prompt text updates regarding housekeeping services. they kept me informed about the cleaning schedule.
the steep slopes around the hotel made walking difficult at times.
